Our customer is an established producer of compact wheel and telescopic loaders for the agricultural and horse industry, wood and forestry, municipalities, garden centers, biogas plants as well as various areas in the industry and business enterprises. The company operates internationally. Agricultural machinery is sold worldwide in more than 30 countries through its own organizations in cooperation with specialist dealers.

Task

According to the international sales structure, our customer needs a media plan that ensures brand positioning in the relevant domestic and foreign markets and makes optimal use of the advertising budget.

  • Analysis of advertising goals, target groups, seasonal aspects, trade fairs and company-relevant topics
  • Analysis of the previous media plan
  • Workshop on determing the new international media plan, including advices on title selection and allocation based on the defined target groups, the strategy, the budget and the course of the season
  • Complete ad processing: order processing with the publishers in Germany and abroad, handling of joint dealer advertisements, adaptation and dispatch of the print templates, controlling of the publications and incoming invoices, reporting, invoicing
