Initual situation

By initiating the Milk Producer Competition the Landesvereinigung der Milchwirtschaft Niedersachsen e.V. (LVN) has created a platform to communicate the efforts for sustainability in the Lower Saxony dairy industry and to place it in the spotlight of professional and public interest. The winners of the annual competition are honoured by high-ranking representatives from politics at a festive award ceremony. The “Goldene Olga” trophy is handed over to the best milk producer of the year. Second and third place receive the “Silberne Olga” and the “Bronzene Olga”. In the framework of an official handover all awarded enterprises receive a farm sign for the external representation on their own farm.
