Initial situation
The French company Sencrop was founded as a start-up in 2016 and develops and distributes professional digital weather stations for farmers. In addition to the French market, Sencrop is also expanding the distribution of its weather stations in neighbouring European countries. Sales in Germany started in 2020.
Task
To publicise Sencrop in Germany and support sales, the client commissioned us to create a media plan.
Campaign tools
- Individual customer workshops “Agriculture in Germany” and “Marketing in the agricultural sector”)
- Consultancy on the definition of target groups and target regions in Germany as well as on seasonal aspects and relevant trade fairs
- Definition of specialised and customer-specific media titles – regional and national, print and online, as well as the optimal ad formats
- Development of half-yearly media plans based on the defined target groups, the strategy, the specified budgets and the course of the season
- Creation of a schedule for the delivery of print data
- Complete ad processing: negotiations and commissioning of publishers, checking and dispatch of print data, checking publications and incoming invoices, reporting and invoicing to the customer
